If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we gladly accept returns for a store credit on any full priced purchases including the use of a discount code. Please notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Notification after this period will not be accepted. Once approved you will be emailed the return details including a Return Authorisation number (RA#) Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation number. Returns must be sent back within 14 days for Australian and 21 days for international customers. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with all tags attached. They must not smell of perfume or have makeup / fake tan stains so please take care when trying them on. Goddess Kleopatra reserve the right to reject a return if we deem it is not in its original condition. If a return is rejected you will be notified via email and required to pay a $10 return postage cost.

Once your return has been approved a store credit will be issued via email less any discounts applied and shipping costs your order may have incurred.
The store credit will be emailed to the email address indicated on your order.
If you wish to exchange your return you will need to make a new purchase with your store credit and stock is subject to availability at the time of your purchase. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Customers are to cover the cost of return postage. It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. Postage costs are non refundable.
All purchases of SALE items in our OUTLET / UP TO 70% OFF category and with a coupon code of 50% off or more are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective or faulty. Sale items have been reduced to clear and are strictly non-returnable so please choose carefully as no returns, credits or exchanges will be provided.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size.
In the event of a manufacturing fault we are happy to replace it for you or issue you with a store credit. Please contact us within 14 days from delivery to notify us. Proof of purchase and fault must be provided. Faults will not be accepted when the garment has been worn.
We offer the pre-order service so you can secure your size. Please note that the dates provided are only a guide and delays can occur. If there is a delay with a pre-order item we will provide you with updates until the stock arrives. On the other hand it could arrive earlier than expected which is a bonus! If you wish to cancel a pre-order you will be issued with a store credit.
All order cancellations are processed as a store credit if not yet dispatched.
Once we receive your return, you will be issued with a store credit and the AfterPay, Klarna or ZIP instalments will continue to be captured until the order has been paid in full.
We know you want your goodies right away so all orders are sent with Australia Post as Express Post. Free Express shipping on all orders over $99 or a flat rate of $9.95. Free Express shipping on Melani the Label orders over $199 or a flat rate of $9.95.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post within 24hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays) to the shipping address provided at checkout. If safe, Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe/secure place otherwise it will be redirected to your local Post Office for collection. If you wish to sign for your parcel please notify us immediately via email or leave a comment in the ‘notes’ section at checkout. We do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
If you are located within NSW/ACT or the national Express Post Network (most metropolitan areas), this means next day delivery for majority of customers. Shipments in regional areas outside the Next Business Day Network take 2-4 business days. Please note that we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Cut off time for same day dispatch is 2pm AEST

All order are trackable and shipped via Australia Post as Express. Goddess Kleopatra cannot take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country. These fees vary widely from country to country therefore we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to making any online purchase. Australia Post provide us with an estimated delivery timeframe therefore any delays in transit do not constitute for a refund and the timeframes advised are a guide only. We are not responsible for any additional charges the delivery carrier may charge. If your order is returned back to us for any reason you will be notified and required to pay postage cost for it to be shipped again. If you wish to return or exchange an item, a store credit will be issued less the shipping cost for you to make another purchase. All items on our website will convert to AUD at checkout.
