RENTAL PERIOD & RETURNS:
The rental period is 4 days. Please contact us if you require a longer rental period. You will be redirected to our booking system on Booqable to book your hire. When booking a hire please ensure your event date is the 2nd date of the booking period and therefore allowing sufficient time for the return. We Express Post all hire orders and include a postage paid express bag for the return which can be lodged over the counter at any Australia Post outlet. This must be done by 4pm the next business day after your event. We endeavour to post your hire so it is received a couple of days before your booking period. We do not take responsibility for delays that may be caused by Australia Post. Garments must be returned by the last day of booking period. Please notify us immediately if there is a delay with posting back your hire. This may incur a late fee which is 30% of the original hire price per day after the last day of booking. Late fees will automatically be charged to the customers credit card details that were provided at the time of booking.
Any garments that are not returned within 14 days after the last booking date are considered NOT RETURNED. Consequently, Goddess Kleopatra will charge the customer’s credit card 100% of the RRP in addition to the rental cost that the user has already paid.
PICKUP – WATTLE GROVE NSW 2173:
If you have opted to pickup and return your hire from Wattle Grove NSW 2173 please contact us after placing a booking so we can provide you with all of the necessary details to collect your hire.
DRY CLEANING / ALTERATIONS:
The cost of dry cleaning is included in the price. Goddess Kleopatra will take care of all cleaning measures following garment rentals and we utilise professional and reputable dry cleaners that are knowledgeable of our range of fabrics and specific care instructions. By securing payment and booking a hire, you agree to not clean, alter or repair the garment. If the customer fails to follow this policy which results in permanent damage to the garment, additional damage fees may be a result.
We know that plans may change which is why we offer refunds if we are notified in writing of the cancellation request 2 weeks (14 days) before your hire period. You will be eligible for a full refund, minus any initial payment processing fees. If we are notified within the 14 days leading up to your hire period you will be provided with a hire credit which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Hire credits can be transferred over to our online retail store www.goddesskleopatra.com. Please advise our team if you wish to do this. Cancellations cannot be made if the garment has been collected or dispatched. Goddess Kleopatra reserves the right to cancel a booking at short notice. Reasons for cancellation may include (but are not limited to) an item not being available due to late return by a previous customer or damage to an item. In the event of a cancellation by Goddess Kleopatra, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
TRY ON FEE:
We offer a $20 try on fee/1 day hire to try on only and the dress needs to be sent back within 24 hours of receiving it. In addition to the try on fee you will be charged for Express postage for delivery and the return satchel. The return satchel must scan accepted by Australia Post within that 24 hour period otherwise you will be charged for the full 4 day rental of the dress.
INCORRECT / FAULTY ITEMS:
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item please notify us immediately by phone on 0416927770 or email email@example.com. We will work to resolve the issue by providing an exchange or refund the booking fee once the item is returned back to us.
LOSS OR DAMAGE:
We understand that damage may occur. Minor damage: Damage, Discolouration, Staining is repairable for a cost less than $100 and major damage: Damage, Discolouration, Staining that is repairable for a cost more than $100 and / or beyond repair. If damage occurs, it is the customers responsibility to notify the Goddess Kleopatra in advance. This will make the process of resolving the issue much more efficient and seamless. Goddess Kleopatra will assess the garment upon return. If minor damage is found, we will not charge customers and will solely resolve the issue. If major damage is found the customer is responsible for the costs involved with the repair or replacement of the garment. The repair or replacement costs will be charged to the customers credit card details that were provided at the time of booking. Customers will be notified of all charges in advance.
Should a garment become lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair during a customer’s booking period, the customer will be liable to pay for replacement of the item which can be up to 100% of the RRP as well as the rental cost that has already been paid.
